Don Sable is maybe the most ardent Philly area advocate of Israel you’ll ever meet. Don and wife Randye were already in Israel visiting their son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren on February 28. They stayed and shared their Israeli family’s wartime experience, taking moving photos. Go see.

What our Jewish people needs now as deeply as ever is Unity of us Jews in our homeland and Diaspora. The Sable family and so many more with generations here and in Israel form the core of this, but we’re all part. Be proud, as President Trump urges us. Our homeland and people have accomplished so much for ourselves and humanity.
