Steve and Michal Posts

Steve & Michal Kramer, longtime friends of mine, write of their hikes and trips in Israel and abroad, combining history, nature, archeology and more into vivid explorations to share with us grassroots US Jews. Come explore.

Steve grew up in Atlantic City and Margate NJ, graduated from Johns Hopkins in 1967, lived a hippie lifestyle off and on until 1973, then joined the family wholesale business for 16 years. Steve moved to Israel from Margate, NJ in 1991 with his family. He has written more than 1,100 articles about Israel and Jews since making Aliyah. Steve and his wife Michal live in Kfar Saba, after 26 years in Alfei Menashe, a small town just over the Green Line.
